Delivery Terms and Conditions

1. The fixed delivery rates are for all standard delivery of orders. Orders that include items such as Plastic Tableware, Table Cloth Rolls and Pinatas may incur extra postage fees. This is due to the weight and large size of these products. When an order contains an excess amount of these products over the normal average we will contact you with a freight quote for your approval prior to shipment.

2. The Party Warehouse reserves the right to select the method of shipment and the courier.

Delivery Prices

The Party Warehouse has a flat rate shipping price for all orders made in Australia FROM  $15.00

* Please note that all prices are based on up to 10kg volume/weight parcels. If an order exceeds this you will be notified immediately as prices may vary. Excludes helium balloon delivery and decorator services - Please contact us for delivery prices where these products and services are involved.

Returns Policy

If you are unhappy with the goods you receive please contact customer services within five working days after receipt of goods. We will arrange a full refund for the goods returned provided they are in a condition fit for resale. Party Warehouse will not refund the costs of returning the goods and cannot accept responsibility for loss of damage to returned goods during transit. Your statutory rights are not affected.
