Payment Security

The Party Warehouse want our customers to feel secure when trading over the internet. We operate secure purchasing functionality employing encryption technology ensuring your card details can not be intercepted whilst in transit. Your credit card account will not be debited until your order has been assembled and is packed for despatch.

Contract Information

The placing of an order represents an offer to purchase the products by you. This is not binding on The Party Warehouse until we have informed you that the order is accepted and the goods despatched. This means that if a product is shown on the site but is not available or is incorrectly priced or otherwise incorrectly described, The Party Warehouse shall not be obliged to sell you that product.
